Responsibilities:
• Plan and executive online marketing activities including Web, Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation.
• Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course-correcting as required.
• Manage communications spend and work with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
• Designing and writing social media content.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Weekly / monthly performance reports and internal system updates.
• Optimize user experience for both app and website.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements:
• A degree in digital marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• A qualification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage (APIDM).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing including advertising.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
• Has a good understanding of SEO/SEM.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website and app analytics tools.
• Experience in offline marketing is preferred.
• Experience in the travel & hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
• Possess proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
