As a Tour Consultant, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers worldwide. Your primary responsibilities include interacting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering optimal travel solutions to exceed their expectations while meeting KPIs and maximizing sales for Traworlux.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service industries; alternatively, a diploma/degree in tourism or hospitality management.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Possess an outgoing personality with strong negotiation and public relations abilities.
- Proficiency in other foreign languages is considered an advantage
